From Rock you can catch the ferry over to beautiful fishing port of Padstow with an array of delightful shops and amazing restaurants such as Rick Stein's 'The Seafood Restaurant', Paul Ainsworth's 'No6', Prawn on the Lawn to name just a few or if you prefer something less fancy 'The Chough Bakery' for a fabulous Cornish pasty or 'Rick Steins Fish and chips' with a local pint or two from one of the many lovely pubs.
